Prospective Students

News
As you may have heard, the UF is limiting the number of transfer students admitted for the 2008-2009 academic year. While some admission decisions for CALS applicants were released on April 15, we are still receiving and reviewing transfer applications.

We appreciate your interest in CALS and hope you will be patient while we make every effort to admit as many qualified applicants as we possibly can.

Welcome to the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences (CALS). CALS and its School of Forest Resources and Conservation and School of Natural Resources and Environment are known for outstanding academic programs and student services.

We offer 24 majors, more than 50 specializations and numerous minors encompassing agricultural sciences, natural resources, social sciences, life sciences and preprofessional studies.

For information on transfer admission requirements for CALS majors, refer to the Transfer Guide.
