Clubs should submit a SAR at least 15 days prior to travel.
SARs must be completed prior to travel or programs to receive reimbursements.
To fill out a Special Request visit
http://grove.ufl.edu/~bocc and click on "BOCC Forms."
Special requests are used to request money for non-budgeted or new events.
